Talent Acquisition Partners Srl (hereinafter TA Partners) with registered office in Turin at via Alessandro Filippa 14 is an entity authorized by the Ministry of Labor to offer personnel search and selection services pursuant to Legislative Decree 276/2003, and operates in compliance with current privacy regulations, including Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (available in Italian at the following link) also known as General Data Protection Regulation, or "GDPR", without gender discrimination in accordance with current regulations and laws 125/1991 and 903/1977.

22. Details on the current Annual Gross Salary;

25. Other information that you decide to communicate to us in order to facilitate our search for the best job opportunities suitable for you and in line with your professional wishes, whether communicated directly or via email, telephone or computer tools including social media or job offer sites.

DATA OF PEOPLE WHO ARE INDICATED TO US BY OUR CANDIDATES AS RELEVANT REFERENCES

In order to best support our Candidates in finding job positions suitable for them as well as our Clients in the Search and Selection of suitable candidates, we may collect some Data aimed at Contacting you to take a reference on Our Candidates. Such data will usually be limited to information concerning your Name, Surname, Company where you work, Company where you worked together with Our Candidate, Email and Telephone Contacts.

DATA OF OUR SUPPLIERS

If you are Suppliers of TA Partners, we will collect only the data strictly necessary in order to facilitate the work activity that you carry out for Us. Specifically, we will collect contact data (email, telephone number, first and last name, job position and duties) of your employees and collaborators who maintain contacts with us. Where necessary, we will also collect the IBAN and bank details useful for being able to pay the fees for your services rendered to Us in compliance with the contractual commitments made.

DATA OF OUR CLIENTS

In order to offer you Our personnel Search and Selection services and best support you for the selection of the most suitable candidates for positions at your companies, if you are Clients of TA Partners we may collect some of the following information and data about you and the collaborators and employees who represent you. Such data will be strictly limited to the minimum necessary in order to best offer you our services:
