How quickly does a senior consultant reply to a brief?

Every brief gets a concrete reply within one working day. The reply will either recommend an engagement model (Proof-First, retained, or talent mapping) and propose a discovery call, or honestly decline if the mandate is not a fit for our approach.

What if I am evaluating you rather than ready to brief?

Use the "Speak with us" route. A 30-minute call with a senior consultant is right for vendor-selection processes, RFP preparation, comparing engagement models, or scoping a longer-term partnership. No form, no commitment.

Is candidate registration handled separately from client mandates?

Yes. Candidate registrations go through a confidential intake separate from client mandate forms. We engage only when a real mandate fits your trajectory, compensation envelope, geography, and timing.

Do you support confidential or replacement searches?

Yes. Confidential mandates run through the same intake as standard mandates; the difference is in candidate-facing communication. Mention it in the brief or on the call and we will adjust the search architecture accordingly.

Do you work with PE-backed companies?

Frequently. PE-backed mandates often need higher tempo, transaction-readiness language, and value-creation alignment with the sponsor. A senior consultant familiar with the sponsor model will be assigned.
